What you'll find on ALOHAS afterlife
Pre-owned ALOHAS in different conditions, listed by other ALOHAS customers across the EU, US and UK. You'll also find pieces from our own archive — samples, shoot pieces, and items from our B-stock — listed directly by ALOHAS.
The platform is powered by Treet, our recommerce partner. They review every listing, manage authentication, payments and shipping, and back every order with Treet Buyer Protection — so what you see is what you get.
Buying on ALOHAS Afterlife
You browse. You buy. Treet handles the rest — payment, shipping, and any questions about your order.
A few things to know before you shop:
- Condition is stated on every listing (e.g. Excellent condition, Good condition). Read it carefully.
- Shipping origin is shown on each item — pieces ship from wherever the seller is based, so delivery times vary.
- Every order is backed by Treet Buyer Protection. Once you receive your order, you have 72 hours to confirm the condition on the Your Orders page on the afterlife site.
- Returns are not available at launch. ALOHAS afterlife purchases can't be returned through returns.alohas.com. We may revisit this in a future phase.

Selling your ALOHAS
If you have ALOHAS in your wardrobe you no longer wear, list them on afterlife and let someone else give them a second life.
How it works, in short:
- Sign up on afterlife and click Sell your item.
- List your piece with photos, condition, and size.
- Treet reviews the listing before it goes live.
- Once it sells, you ship it to the buyer following Treet's instructions.
- You get paid when the buyer confirms the item.
Payout options:
- Cash — paid out to your account.
- Store credit — to spend on alohas.com, with a small bonus on top of the cash value.

Who is ALOHAS afterlife for? Anyone who wants to buy or sell pre-owned ALOHAS, with the guarantee that every piece is authentic.
How do I access it? Visit the ALOHAS Afterlife website from any device. You don't need an ALOHAS account to browse. To buy or sell, you'll create a Treet account (your ALOHAS account stays separate).
What can I sell? Authentic ALOHAS pieces — new with tags, lightly worn, or well-loved. Treet reviews every listing before it goes live.
What can I buy? Pre-owned ALOHAS listed by other customers, plus pieces from ALOHAS directly — samples, shoot pieces, and B-stock items.
Are afterlife items authentic? Yes. Every listing is reviewed by Treet. If something arrives that doesn't match its listing, you have 72 hours to report it through Your Orders.
Can I return to ALOHAS an item I bought on afterlife? Not at this stage. ALOHAS Afterlife purchases are not eligible for returns through returns.alohas.com. For any issue with your order, contact Treet directly through the Help button on the site or at [email protected].
Will my afterlife order appear in my ALOHAS account? No. Afterlife orders are managed entirely by Treet and won't appear in your alohas.com order history. You'll receive all order updates from Treet directly.
