ESW - US online purchase regulationUpdated a few seconds ago

Starting March 2026, ALOHAS will join efforts and partner with ESW (eShopWorld) to provide a seamless and secure international shopping experience. ESW acts as our authorized Merchant of Record, ensuring your transactions are handled safely. Below you will find answers to the most common questions regarding payment processing and our pre-order system.

1. When will my card be charged?
ESW charges your payment when you place your order. This applies to both in-stock items and pre-orders with future delivery dates. By completing checkout and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you consent to this immediate payment capture.

2. Why do you charge before shipping?
ESW operate as the Merchant of Record for your purchase, and we disclose at checkout that payment will be captured immediately — including for pre-orders. Your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions at checkout (including when using express checkout such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) confirms your consent.

3. How do pre-orders work?
For pre-order items, we show the estimated delivery timeframe at checkout before you pay. You'll also receive this estimate in your order confirmation. If there is more than one pre-order delivery date, the items would be shipped in two separate shipments. If timing changes, we'll keep you informed via the contact details you provide at checkout.

4. Where can I see the delivery date for my order?
Your estimated delivery timeframe appears on the product page once you select a size, at checkout before you pay, and in your confirmation email. Delivery dates are estimates and may change; if they do, we'll update you promptly.

5. Can I cancel my order or a pre-order?
Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for how to cancel and any timing requirements. Please note that in-stock orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

6. How long do refunds take to show on my account?
We initiate refunds without undue delay once approved. Typically, refunds are reflected within 10-15 calendar days. However, the exact time it takes to see the funds back on your statement is controlled by your payment provider (your card issuer or alternative payment method provider), which is outside our control.

7. Who is the seller for my purchase? What will appear on my statement?
ESW is the seller and Merchant of Record for your transaction. You may see "ESW" on confirmations and on your payment statement descriptor.
