We want it to be easy for you to know whether an item is available and when you’ll receive it. Here’s how to check availability both on our website and in our physical stores.


Online availability (alohas.com)

The fastest and most reliable way to check online availability is directly on alohas.com.

  1. Go to alohas.com and open the product page.

  2. Select your size.

  3. You’ll see the availability status for that specific size:

    • Preorder: the product page shows the date we’ll start shipping that item.

    • In stock: ships within 48 hours once your order is prepared.

Please note: availability can vary by size, so always check the exact size you need.


In-store availability (physical stores)

At the moment, the quickest and most accurate way to confirm if a product is available in a specific store is to contact the store directly by phone.

Things to keep in mind when looking for items in store

  • Stores usually carry very limited sizes per style.

  • This is especially true for styles shown as preorder on our website, since the item may not be produced yet.

  • If the product isn’t available in store, the store team can help you place the order online, aligned with our brand values and our on-demand, sustainability-focused model.
