Once the cancellation is processed by our customer service experts, you will receive a refund confirmation. 

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated to the original form of payment used for the purchase, under the name of SUNSET VENTURES SL. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.
