I returned my order, how long does the refund take?

When you return an ALOHAS item, the returns usually take from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive in our warehouse.

We will accept items that are in new condition, unworn, tags unremoved, and free of damages. We always recommend keeping the tracking information. For help on tracking, please consult the article How can I track my return?

Once the package has been delivered to us and inspected we will proceed with the action selected in the return process.

For refund, the reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for the purchase, under the name of SUNSET VENTURES SL. Please allow up to 10-15 business days for the refund to be processed and be reflected in your bank account.

If you have selected a Store Credit, a product replacement, or a size exchange as your return method, please note that it will be processed immediately, and you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your new code or processed order.

If you have successfully registered your return request and it has been more than 15 days since your return arrived at our warehouses (you can see the delivery date to us in the tracking of your return as indicated above), do not hesitate to contact us again so that we can assist you in resolving any issues.
