Finding your perfect fit: Size & Fit Guide
At ALOHAS, we want your shoes to not only look amazing but to carry you comfortably through every step. Most of our designs are True to Size, but since every foot is unique, we’ve created this guide to help you get it right the first time.
1. The secret is in the centimeters. If you’re in doubt, measuring your foot is the quickest way to find the answer:
Place a piece of paper on the floor, against a wall.
Place your foot on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper and measure the distance from the edge.
Expert tip: Measure both feet (it’s common for one to be slightly longer) and use the larger measurement.
How to read the chart: The measurement shown in the SIZE & FIT tab of each product refers to the internal insole length.
For a relaxed fit, choose an insole about 0.5 cm longer than your foot.
For a snug fit, look for an insole measurement closest to your foot length.
2. Factors that influence fit
Pointed toes & high heels: In designs with a steep incline or a fine point, the foot tends to slide forward. If you are between sizes, that extra 0.5 cm margin will provide the comfort you need.
Boots & Sneakers: Remember to measure with the type of socks you plan to wear. A thick winter sock can completely change the feel!
Leather vs. Synthetic: Natural leather is a living material that adapts to your shape over time. Synthetic or reinforced materials, however, stay firm and do not stretch.
3. Your first try-on (Indoor only)
Clean environment: Always try your ALOHAS on a clean indoor surface or carpet.
Keep the sole intact: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the sole must be brand new. Do not walk in them outdoors or on surfaces that could scratch the material.
The "Index Finger" Rule: In closed shoes, you should just be able to fit your index finger between your heel and the back of the shoe when your foot is pushed all the way forward.
4. Sizes & Availability
Standard range: Usually sizes 36 to 42.
Extended sizes: Some iconic models range from 35 to 46. If a size isn't selectable, it is not available for that specific design.
Customization: We do not currently offer custom-made products or wide-fit options.
5. Need a size exchange? If after trying them on at home you feel you need a different size, we are here to help. The process varies depending on your location and order conditions:

FAQs: Frequently Asked Questions
What if I wear a half size (e.g. 38.5)? Since we do not manufacture half sizes, we recommend using the insole centimeters as your guide. Choose based on your preference: for extra room, go up; for a very snug fit, go down (especially in leather models).
Does On-demand production change the sizing? Not at all. Although the purchase method is different, the lasts and measurements are exactly the same as our immediate stock.
How do I know if a model is wide-fit? Check the DESCRIPTION section next to the sizing tab; we add specific notes if a design has a particularly narrow or wide fit.
