What is your return policy?Updated 20 days ago

Sometimes, things just don't work out. It happens!

At ALOHAS, you can return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you exceed this timeframe, unfortunately, we won't be able to offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. 

We provide “easy returns” from Spain*, the European Union**, the UK, Australia, Canada, and the United States. 

If you wish to make an exchange in the aforementioned countries, you won't have to pay anything! However, if you prefer a refund, please take into account the following costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount: 

  • 4.95   in Spain
  • 7,95   for the rest of the European Union, United Kindom, and United States
  • 9,95  for Australia and Canada

Exchanges are possible if you want to select different sizes of the same product. You will also be able to exchange your ALOHAS with other products on our website for up to 20€ more than the cost of your product, at no additional cost! Follow the process and we will recommend products for which you can exchange your items. You can also request Store Credit or just go ahead and use the 'Shop now' feature and we will give you an extra amount to be immediately spent on the next purchase!

Items must be unused and in their original condition, and labels and seals must not have been removed. Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled, will not be taken back.

Pierced earrings including earring pendants and ear cuffs are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. Returned swimwear items must be unworn, untouched, unwashed, and returned in their original undamaged packaging, bearing all of their original labels.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure you exclusively use the prepaid label generated using our “easy returns” process (when available). In case you are not eligible for a prepaid label, please make sure all taxes and duties are covered when you pay for your return. We only process those returns that arrive at our warehouse directly, without any customs paperwork or payment from our side. In any case, we highly recommend always keeping the tracking information, as we may request it as proof of return. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS (OR CUSTOMS CHARGES) IN ANY CASE.

If you experience any problems with the prepaid, pre-addressed label we have provided, or you come across an issue when sending the package, please contact us before paying for additional shipping costs yourself. In case you do pay for sending the package, we will not be able to cover any extra costs or charges.
