Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated 2 months ago

Thanks for shopping at ALOHAS! From now on, we will be in charge of preparing your order with care and love to be ready to arrive wherever you need it. We have received your order and it is currently being processed, as you can see in your order summary. 

Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or changes in the delivery address or product selected.

1. IN-STOCK orders. We know you cannot wait to receive your new ALOHAS.  That's why, once the order has been placed and the products purchased are in stock, we will begin production. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order

This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared: unfortunately, we will not be able to apply these. This can affect:

  • Addition or removal of items
  • Change in color/size of items
  • Order cancellation request
  • Delivery address change

If your order is in stock, please understand no changes can be applied.

2. ON-DEMAND or COMBINED ORDERS. If your order is on-demand or combined (both stock and preorder), there might still be time to apply a modification to your order or cancel it. However, we will first need to check your order preparation status with our warehouse, to see if any change or cancelation is still possible. To do so, please contact us through our contact form or via chat. If the order is not being prepared yet, our team will process the cancelation/change as you requested.

To help you resolve the modification promptly, don't forget to include all the details you need us to change. If it's a change of address, add the new complete address to the request, while if it's a change of item or size, specify which item you need to exchange or order. This way, the process will be faster, and you'll help us maximize the chances of making the change.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS IN STOCK OR IT HAS BEEN ALREADY PREPARED FOR SHIPMENT?

In case the team confirms that no cancelation/changes can be applied to your order, please follow these steps:

  • For product changes/removal, you will have to wait until you receive your order and start the return process
  • For delivery address changes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse. At that moment, you will be able to reach out to your local courier to rearrange the delivery details.
