Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?Updated 4 months ago
Thanks for shopping at ALOHAS! From now on, we will be in charge of preparing your order with care and love to be ready to arrive wherever you need it. We have received your order and it is currently being processed, as you can see in your order summary.
Please note that we cannot always guarantee a successful cancellation or changes in the delivery address or product selected.
We know you cannot wait to receive your new ALOHAS! That's why, once the order has been placed and the products purchased are in stock, we will begin production. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order.
This also applies to changes or cancellations requested while the order is being prepared: unfortunately, we will not be able to apply these. This can affect:
- Addition or removal of items
- Change in color/size of items
- Order cancellation request
- Delivery address change
To check if any change or cancelation is still possible you can contact us through our contact form. If the order is not being prepared yet, our team will process the cancelation/change as you requested.
In case the team confirms that no cancelation/changes can be applied to your order, please follow these steps:
- For product changes/removal, you will have to wait until you receive your order and start the return process.
- For delivery address changes, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information once the parcel leaves our warehouse. At that moment, you will be able to reach out to your local courier to rearrange the delivery details.
