If you made a return using our return platform and you got a pre-paid label - only for countries included in our Easy returns policy - you can check the status of your return using the tracking number on the return label provided at the moment of your return request.
Based on the courier you selected for your return, or the one automatically assigned during the return request - exclusively for countries with free returns - you can track your return on the designated courier tracking page:
- European Union: UPS
- United States: USPS
- Canada: CANADA POST
- Australia: AUSPOST
- UK: Royal Mail
