Response times
We aim to reply within 24–48 hours. During peak periods, it may take a little longer. Also, please note that no courier support is available during weekends, so any relevant issues that require courier escalation will need to be handled during weekdays.

To get you the fastest, clearest resolution, please contact us through a single channel and avoid sending multiple messages about the same request.
