Please contact us using the email used to place your order and provide us with more details. This is what must be provided:
1. Order number
2. Product name and size
3. Images where the flaw can be seen clearly
4. A photo of the state of the product's soles
5. A photo that clearly shows the product's traceability number - a 2-letter, 4-number code in gold, visible on the sole or the inner lining of the shoe
Once we receive all the images required, we will evaluate the incident and do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please upload all the images in a single zip folder through our contact form - this way you have no limitation on the number of photos you can share! Help us help you - the more the better!
