I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?Updated 4 months ago
We're so sorry that there's an item missing from your order! Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:
- Review your order, both from the order confirmation you received and from your account on alohas.io to confirm the missing item is included in the order confirmation. If you’ve placed multiple orders, your orders will have different order numbers - this means different deliveries and no incomplete orders.
- You may have placed an order with pre-order and in-stock items. In this case, we have shipped them separately based on your request.
- Send us a photo of the package you have received so we can check if there has been any mistake in our logistics center.
What we can do for you:
- In case the product is in stock, we will check if it is possible to send over a replacement.
- As you know, our business model is on-demand, so we may not be able to provide the correct product immediately, however, the product could be in pre-order. In that case, we will inform you about the shipping date and confirm with you, should you be willing to wait.
- If this is not the case, we will inform you and transfer the amount of the incorrect item to a gift card for you to use as you wish.
