My return request is under review, what should I do?Updated 8 days ago

Your return reason might be under review for two different scenarios: you either are returning from Switzerland or you requested a return indicating the product received is incorrect or defective. See below what to do.


Returns from Switzerland

We will need to manually create your label and send it to you. Please expect an email from our side within approximately 48 working hours from your return request, where we will attach the return label you will be using for your return.


Returns for defective or incorrect items received 


If you choose "Defective item" as the reason for return, regardless of the country of origin of the request,  we'll review the issue following our policy. We'll promptly contact you, requesting photos for a thorough review with our product and quality control department. Failure to provide the requested information may lead to the rejection of your return request. For more details, refer to the article I received a faulty item, what should I do?
