If you made a purchase and you need to understand what's the order status and when you will receive it, please take into account it depends on two different aspects: 

1. Processing timing for the order to be prepared from our warehouse. This depends on the product(s) purchased. Based on whether you choose to shop on-demand, in stock, or both of them, the processing time will be different.
