Why are some on-demand products not eligible for the 30% discount?Updated 4 hours ago

At ALOHAS, we follow an on-demand production model with the goal of offering responsible, sustainable, and waste-free fashion. Within this model, you might come across products with a future shipping date (pre-order) that do not have a discount applied. Here’s why that happens:

ALOHAS' Pre-order Model

When we launch a new collection, we offer a 30% discount on newly released products. This discount is available only during the initial launch phase, as a way to reward those who support our new designs and help them become part of our permanent collection.

Why do some pre-order products no longer have a discount?

Even if a product is not yet in stock and still has a future shipping date, the 30% discount will no longer be available if the initial launch phase has passed. At that point, the item is sold at full price, as its promotional period has ended.

This approach allows us to:

  • Assess real demand before producing in large quantities.

  • Reduce waste by only manufacturing what our customers truly want, always aiming to protect the environment.

That’s why, even if an item is not available for immediate shipping, it may appear at full price if its initial discounted phase has ended.
