Can I change the size or product after placing my order?Updated 6 months ago

Once your order has been submitted, unfortunately, no changes in size or product can be made. However, if you need to make a change, we can cancel your current order and provide you with a gift card to place a new order immediately. The above-mentioned process is only valid for pre-orders or combined orders (stock and pre-order items) and may be available based on the order preparation status, which needs to be reviewed by our team with the warehouse. Please check the product and size availability on our website and ensure you are satisfied with both price and delivery timeline.

No changes can be made on orders with in-stock products only.
