Can I edit my return or exchange request?Updated a month ago

If you have followed the return process outlined in "How do I make a return?" and are familiar with ALOHAS' return policy detailed in "What is your return policy?", and you have already registered a return through our Returns Portal, but now wish to modify your request, you can contact us to request a change.

Before requesting a modification to your return request, please consider the following:

Changing to a refund: Refund fees will apply, which were not charged if you initially selected an exchange or store credit:

• €4.95 for Spain

• €7.95 for the rest of the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States

• €9.95 for Australia and Canada

• €19.95 for Switzerland

Changing to a different size for an exchange: Please check the availability of the desired size on our website before making the request.

If the item is on pre-order, note that we currently cannot offer exchanges for pre-order products and sizes directly through our Returns Portal. If you need to exchange an item for another that is on pre-order, we will need to issue a store credit instead.

When requesting a modification, please provide all necessary information to process the change. Additionally, if you have already used the provided return label (available for easy returns in certain countries), we will need to verify its status. If the return has already been processed, we may not be able to proceed with the modification.
