Need to return? No problem! You can request a return for your online order or an in-store purchase (except for purchases made in our NYC store*)
It is important to take into account the place of purchase for the return. 
If you purchased online, you can:
- Request a return or exchange through our return platform, OR
- Visit any of our ALOHAS stores to process your return or exchange.
If you purchased in-store, you can:
- Return the item through our return platform, OR
- Return it directly to the same store where the purchase was made.
Please note that this does not apply to purchases made in our NYC store.
*For purchases made in NYC, returns must be handled directly with the store. You can contact them by replying to your purchase confirmation email.
EASY RETURNS
We offer pre-paid labels for orders in Spain, the European Union*, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and the United States within 30 days of delivery.
*EXCEPT: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia, and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Serbia and Turkey.

Exchanges are free of charge! If you wish to make an exchange in the aforementioned countries, you won't have to pay anything! However, if you prefer a refund, please take into account the following costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount:
- 4.95€ in Spain
- 7,95€ in the rest of the European Union, United Kindom, and United States
- 9,95€ in Australia and Canada
- 19,95€ in Switzerland
To get the return label needed for your return or exchange you need to go through the process indicated once accessing to the return platform: the label will be generated at the end of the process - after selecting store credit, refund, or exchange. The label will be generated automatically except if your return is coming from Switzerland: in that case, please wait for an email from us within 48 working hours after your request in our system – we will create it for you and send it via email.
EXCHANGES WITH PRE-ORDER PRODUCT
Please note that for the moment, we are not able to offer exchanges with preorder products and sizes directly on our return platform. If you need to exchange a size with another one currently in pre-order on our website, please select the store credit return method, so you can use the credit to purchase directly on alohas.com
REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS
