Yes, you can return an order placed on our website at any ALOHAS physical store.
What should I know before going to the store?
In-store returns follow the exact same policy as online returns. Please ensure that:
The item is unused and in its original condition.
Tags and seals have not been removed.
Items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.

What options will I have in-store?
In-store, our team can offer two options:
A refund using the same payment method you used.
An exchange: If the item you want is available in-store, you can exchange it on the spot. If it’s not available, we’ll give you a store code to make a new purchase later.
