Yes, you can return an order placed on our website at any ALOHAS physical store.

What should I know before going to the store?
In-store returns follow the exact same policy as online returns. Please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Tags and seals have not been removed.

  • Items that are incomplete, damaged, worn, or soiled will not be accepted.

What options will I have in-store?
In-store, our team can offer two options:

  1. A refund using the same payment method you used.

  2. An exchange: If the item you want is available in-store, you can exchange it on the spot. If it’s not available, we’ll give you a store code to make a new purchase later.

Can I exchange for a different size?
