How can I cancel my order?Updated 6 months ago
If you wish to cancel your order, we ask that you provide a reason for the cancellation to help us understand why you’ve changed your mind. If you’re not familiar with the advantages of our pre-order system, we encourage you to read more about it. If you still choose to cancel, please let us know whether you prefer a refund or a gift card, and we will process the cancellation accordingly.
Please note cancellation depends on the products ordered and the order status:
- Orders for in-stock products:
Cancellation is not possible for products that are in stock, as these are processed quickly after the order is placed.
- Orders for pre-order products:
Cancellation may be possible if the products you purchased are on pre-order.
Our team will need to check with the warehouse. If the order has not yet been prepared, there may still be time to cancel. If the order preparation has already begun, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you will be able to return the product once you receive it.
Funds will be reimbursed to the original form of payment used for the purchase, under the name SUNSET VENTURES SL. Please note that it may take up to 10-15 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
