How can I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago

To cancel your order, we ask you to provide a reason for the cancellation for us to understand why you changed your mind. If you are not familiar with the advantages of our pre-order system, we encourage you to read about it. If you still choose to cancel, please indicate whether you prefer a refund or a gift card, and we will process the cancellation accordingly.

Please note cancellation depends on the products ordered and the order status:

  • No cancellation is possible if the product you ordered is in stock. 
  • Cancellation may only be possible if the product(s) you purchased are in pre-order: in this case, our team needs to verify with the warehouse - if the order has not been yet prepared, there might still be time for cancellation.
